As part of the marketing and communication team and reporting to the Campaign Manager, your function will be create a 360° communication strategy for the Northern European countries. Besides, your role will also be to create a mindful global 360° communication strategy around one of our key topic: sustainability.
Strategy:  Develop and monitor the communication plan based on the needs of the northern Europe markets and the global strategy of Stanley/Stella.

  • Develop & coordinate the execution of the 360° communication plan for north Europe around the key global milestones
  • Adapt the global communication plan to fit to the market requirements
  • Create and monitor a 360° Sustainability Campaign with the sustainability team.
  • Based on specific market or customer requirements, develop and coordinate the production of communication assets to ensure prospection on selected customer’s segment.
  • Support co-branding activities with local distributors and key customers

Content Creation: Developing quality content for use across online and offline channels.

  • Starting from the general strategy and the specific market needs, create and develop specific communication assets needed for the market you are working for.
  • Brief the copywriter with the main tag line, unique selling proposition, and messages to develop the correct copies for the different communication needs.
  • Ensure that the content is aligned with the brand proposition, brand Image, and objectives of the collection.
  • Guard that the message is one and coherent across all the channels and for all the Business Units.

Feedback and Analysis: 

  • Create and adapt the KPI to ensure that all your projects meet their objectives
  • Track the results of the implemented actions and have a constant improvement of all activations.
  • You have a degree in communication oriented studies and/or at least 2 to 4 years’ experience in a related function.
  • You are focused, solution-oriented and have a hands-on mentality.
  • You can get into projects and develop them from idea to execution in the market.
  • You have a passion for fashion and sustainability is a strong value in your daily life.
  • You speak English fluently. Knowledge of Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch or French is a very strong plus.
  • You can work well in a team and like to communicate internally.
  • You are able to travel or a regular basis to better understand our customer network (1-2 days per month).
